Reservations

 

   Can I make a reservation anytime? Absolutely, You can make a reservation anytime. Please keep in mind that if a sign you are requesting is out due to overwhelming deliveries we have other types of signs to accomodate your needs. Earlier notice will guarantee your rental selection and time.

What information do you need from me to make a reservation? 

  • Please fill out our rental/ reservation form first
  • What sign you would like to rent?         

  • Date of reservation?                             

  • Method of payment?                            

  • Your name and address?                      

If this is for your new baby, We also request the babies name, date, weight and length. 

  • If this is for a birthday, we request the childs name and age. Credit card payments will not be processed until time of day of delivery.

Ordering/Payment

What types of payment do you take? All credit cards (Master Card/Visa/Amex/Discover), cash, money orders and certified checks. Sorry but no personal checks will be accepted. We do not take paypal as we have a real established merchant account online that takes all payments, this saves time unlike our competitors. This is what helps separate us from our competitors.

Can I place an order and have it delivered the same day? . If you need an order for the same day, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. The earlier you can get the order in early that day, the more likely it will be delivered the same day.

Will I receive a receipt for payment? Yes ,You will receive a copy by your credit card company if you pay by credit card. If you pay in person at our location , you will receive a carbon copy of the order on order form. We can also give you copy of the order if requested. If you pay online, you will receive an instant copy of your order.

Delivery

 What time and days do you deliver?  We deliver 7 days a week and you can call us at any time. We like to deliver the rental before mother and baby arrive from the hospital and early in the morning for a welcome home suprise. If you need other times, we will be happy to accomodate your schedule. We will not deliver from the hours of 10pm- 4am (unless requested) due to people sleeping, dogs barking, etc.. We would not want to be shot dead from any home owner. We will knock on your door at delivery time to verify sign location on your yard. If you are not home, no problem, we will setup your sign on your yard where it will be in full clear view.

Is the delivery free? We give free delivery and setup for all signs within a 10 mile radius. Due to the extreme increase in gas prices, we are limiting free delivery and setup to 10 miles. There will be a $20 additional fee for holiday deliveries. We keep our prices low as this allows us to further expand our company. This is one way that we pass the savings on to you!!

Are there any type of delivery exceptions? Yes

  •  Extreme weather- This will consist of very heavy winds/ ice, hurricanes and significant snow fall
     

Do I have to be home for the delivery and setup? You will only need to be home if you are paying for the order at time of delivery

If I order a 7 day rental that is to be delivered on a saturday, When do you come pick up the sign? We pick up the sign usually sunday morning with the free extra day. 

                   When is the sign delivered? It will be delivered the night before or the morning of. We will not short change you on any time, if by some chance we arrived later in the day, we will give you a free day. Our goal is to make you happy !! Most of the time I pick up the signs late on my time.

Do I need to do anything to accomodate the delivery? Yes

  •  Please leave all outside lights on if delivery is at night

  • Keep all pets inside house

  • Notify gated community/ apartment personnel ahead of time

  • Make sure all information given is accurate

  • Electrical outlet location for inflatables?

Quality

What are your signs made of ? They are hand painted and made from the highest quality materials known as MDO. This material is treated with a layer of protection for exterior applications. It is a very durable material. Our signs have been known to last for well over 8 years with just only needing touch ups on the paint. Some of our signs also use Mdx plywood.

Damage / Theft

What if the sign gets damaged ? Any obvious physical damage (Damage not from mother nature) will result in a replacement fee to cover our costs. Please keep in mind that our signs are built to last and are built to withstand the effects of mother nature.  Most signs periodically just need a few touch ups. All of our signs are currently new.

 What if the sign gets stolen ? We try our best to secure the signs, but anything and everything is possible. If a sign is stolen, there will be a replacement fee to cover our costs minus a partial rental fee. Keep in mind that to date, none of our signs have ever been stolen.

If the keepsake gets stolen, there will be a $20 replacement fee only.

 

Refund Policy

A refund will be given if:

  • You cancel your lawn rental with at least 24 hours notice in advance.

Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your display such as: Very heavy winds/ ice, hurricanes and significant snow fall.
 

Refunds will not be given if:

  • You give us less than 8 hours notice to cancel your order.

  • The homeowner calls us and asks us to remove the display  

  • You have given us the wrong address. We will call you before delivery if we feel the wrong address has been given to confirm address.

  • We cannot set up the display because of a gated community that
    will not allow us access. Please notify community personnel before installation so this is not an issue.

  • The homeowner has a dog loose on the property that will not
    let us on the property. Please keep all pets inside so this is not an issue.

  • Any other reason we cannot set up the display that is beyond our control. We will always do our best to satify our customers.

  • If your home owners association for your apartment complex or community makes you remove the display.  Please check with the apartment/ complex association before making a reservation.
